Outward Wines is the inspired partnership of winemakers Natalie Siddique and Ryan Pace, two explorers at heart whose shared love for travel, climbing, and the natural world evolved into a thoughtful, terroir-driven wine project on California’s Central Coast. Their focus is small-lot, site-specific wines that express the vast diversity of the region’s landscapes, from wind-swept slopes on the San Luis Obispo Coast to coastal canyons in the Santa Ynez Valley and organically farmed vineyards stretching from Santa Barbara to San Benito counties.

Farming approximately six acres across multiple estate sites, and sourcing from additional coastal vineyards committed to organic, regenerative, and biodynamic practices, Natalie and Ryan work only with fruit grown close to the cold Pacific Ocean. Their approach in the cellar is intentionally minimal: native yeast fermentations, aging exclusively in neutral French oak, and bottling without fining or filtration. This allows each wine to convey a genuine sense of time and place. Still, they acknowledge that terroir includes the human hand; every decision they make becomes part of the wine’s identity, merging land and experience into one expression.

Their style reflects their backgrounds, the wines and cuisines that inspire them, and the mentors who have shaped their journey. Above all, they aim to craft wines that are undeniably delicious, layered, and authentic. Outward Wines embraces exploration and the unknown, working with new sites, challenging assumptions, and pushing themselves beyond comfort.
