Shipping policy

Wine Dispensary offers shipping on wine orders over $100 via UPS Ground to the following most states in the US, where legally allowed. Confirm your address is available for shipping or delivery at checkout.

Packaging and handling fees are $15 because we pay for high-quality shipping boxes and packaging designed for high end wines.

We are unable to ship to Pennsylvania, Utah, and North Dakota because local state laws prevent these shipments. Alaska and Hawaii may require additional delay based on shipping to these remote states from Colorado.

Shipping breakable glass and perishable, sensitive products like wine mean that we must incur additional logistic burdens and costs to get your tasty beverage to your door. We reserve the right to decline shipping orders and refund 100% of the purchase price based on our small store's ability to meet your needs to our standards of quality.

Wine is sensitive to temperature fluctuations therefore we may hold shipments at our sole discretion based on extreme weather events that could reasonably be perceived to impact the quality of the product during transit. Delivery estimates are updated within 2 business days and any weather-related delay will be communicated to the customer.
