Crafted entirely in stainless steel, it showcases the expressive character of organically farmed vineyards in the Languedoc.

Sensory Description:

Brilliant ruby red with violet highlights, the wine opens with aromas of blackberries, blackcurrants, rose petals, violets, and purple lilacs layered with cracked black pepper, cinnamon, bay leaf, kumquat, balsamic herbs, and a refreshing hint of menthol. The palate is supple and medium-bodied, balancing juicy dark fruit with fresh acidity and silky tannins that provide both structure and elegance. Floral nuances from the Viognier lift the wine throughout, while the finish is long, savory, fruity, and beautifully refreshing.

Winemaker’s Background:

Famille Fabre traces its winemaking heritage to 1604, with fourteen generations cultivating vineyards across the Languedoc. Under the leadership of Louis Fabre, the family became one of the region's earliest adopters of certified organic viticulture in 1991, guided by the philosophy that "a vine that gives must also receive." Today, the family farms five individual châteaux, each expressing a distinct terroir while promoting biodiversity, environmental stewardship, and sustainable farming practices. The Équilibre range highlights the purity of individual grape varieties and the freshness of the region's IGP vineyards through thoughtful, minimal-intervention winemaking.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve at 16 to 18 degrees Celsius in a medium-sized Bordeaux glass to enhance its floral aromatics and vibrant fruit. Pair with tapas, grilled lamb, roasted vegetables, tagine, charcuterie, firm cheeses, or grilled meats fresh from the barbecue.
