Vermont Farmstead Cheese Company began in 2009 when South Woodstock residents joined together to preserve an 18-acre dairy farm. Head Cheesemaker Rick Woods has been part of the company since its beginning, helping shape a range that spans classic cheddar and adventurous flavored cheeses.
