Sensory Description:

2023 Bindi Sergardi Al Canapo presents a luminous ruby-red color and an expressive bouquet of fresh cherry, wild strawberry, pink grapefruit, and violet. The palate is lively and elegantly structured, driven by Sangiovese’s hallmark acidity and fine tannins. Fruit remains at the forefront, supported by subtle floral tones and mineral nuance drawn from the rocky soils of the Montagnola hills. Fermentation in stainless steel preserves brightness and aromatic intensity, resulting in a wine that is supple, harmonious, and racy in character. The finish is clean, fresh, and persistent, inviting enjoyment in its youth while offering the structure to develop gracefully through the decade.
