Brewer's Background:

Cerebral Brewing was founded in 2015 by Sean Buchan and Dan McGuire in Denver’s Congress Park neighborhood. The brewery has built its identity around what it calls a scientific approach to beer, using precise methodology and an in-house QA/QC laboratory alongside continual recipe development and creative experimentation. Since 2022, production has included an 18,000-square-foot facility in the Aurora Cultural Arts District. With Sam Bennett serving as Head Brewer, Cerebral continues to work across a broad range of styles, with particular emphasis on imaginative IPAs, foeder-fermented lagers, and barrel-aged beer.
