E. Pira & Figli is a historic Barolo estate reinvigorated under the stewardship of Chiara Boschis, one of the first women to lead a major estate in the region. Originally composed of just 2.5 hectares in Cannubi and Terlo, the estate expanded in 2009 with the acquisition of 4 hectares in Monforte d’Alba, supplying grapes for this expressive Langhe Nebbiolo. Chiara is renowned for her precise, small-scale production, commitment to sustainable practices, and her mastery of Barolo’s storied terroir. All wines are made with meticulous care, using stainless steel fermentation and aging in French oak tailored to each variety.
