Producer’s Background:

Brothers Todd and Scott Leopold began their business in Ann Arbor, Michigan, before moving the operation to Colorado to focus on distilling. Their Denver distillery opened in 2014. The house combines detailed, traditional production with an inventive approach to spirits; Aperitivo Bianco shows that approach through its distinct recipe and separate distillation of its floral and citrus botanicals.

Serving Suggestions:
