The 2024 Cinquante-Cinq Viognier is a vibrant expression of southern France, combining the warmth of the Mediterranean sun with the cooling influence of coastal breezes. Sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards across the Pays d'Oc and aged on fine lees for six months, this beautifully aromatic Viognier delivers generous fruit, floral elegance, and refreshing minerality. Richer than Sauvignon Blanc yet softer than Chardonnay, it offers exceptional balance and remarkable value.

Sensory Description:

Lifted aromas of orange blossom, acacia, violet, peach, honey, citrus, and a touch of fresh mint lead into layers of apricot, plum, quince, and bergamot. The palate is rounded and expressive, revealing flavours of honeysuckle, orange zest, ripe stone fruit, mango, kiwi, tangerine, and a delicate thread of honey. Lees aging lends a creamy texture while vibrant acidity and subtle minerality maintain freshness through a crisp, clean finish with lingering tropical fruit notes.
