Lindemans Beer Variety Pack brings together four fruit-driven expressions of Belgian lambic, moving from vivid raspberry and fragrant peach to ripe cherry and crisp green apple. Each beer layers expressive fruit over the distinctive sweet-tart complexity of spontaneously fermented lambic, creating an assortment that is bright, aromatic, sparkling, and approachable. Featuring one bottle each of Framboise, Pêche, Kriek, and Apple, the collection offers four perspectives on the fruit lambic tradition that the Lindemans family has developed across six generations of brewing.

Sensory Description:

Framboise shows a deep raspberry-red hue with a pink head, opening with an expressive aroma of ripe raspberries before sweet-tart fruit settles into the gentle sourness and complexity of lambic. Pêche shifts toward golden tones and a generous peach bouquet, with juicy stone-fruit sweetness balanced by subtle acidity and a crisp, refreshing finish. Kriek pours a vivid red with pink foam and delivers an aromatic rush of ripe cherry, combining sparkling fruit character with a measured tart edge. Apple is bright and refreshing, led by fresh orchard aromas and the flavor of crisp, ripe green apple, with lambic acidity adding definition to its fruit-driven finish. Together, the four beers move easily between sweetness, tartness, freshness, and the distinctive fermentation character of lambic.

Brewer's Background:

The Lindemans family's brewing story began in 1822, when Joos Frans Lindemans married Francisca Josina Vandersmissen, the daughter of a farmer-brewer, and the couple took over her family's farm-brewery. Six generations later, the brewery remains family-owned and is led by cousins Dirk and Geert Lindemans. At the historic brewery, spontaneous fermentation remains central to lambic production, with the beer developing through the action of naturally occurring microorganisms before maturation in oak foeders. Brewmaster Peter Renders has led brewing efforts since 2002, while Filip Pilet, who joined the production department as a blender in 2015, now works alongside him as co-Brewmaster. Their work carries the brewery's lambic tradition forward while continuing Lindemans' long-standing exploration of fruit-driven expressions.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve well chilled at approximately 41–45°F in a stemmed lambic, flute, or tulip glass to emphasize the beers' fruit aromas, lively carbonation, and refreshing acidity. The assortment works particularly well as an aperitif or as a comparative tasting of fruit lambic styles. Framboise complements chocolate and berry desserts, while Pêche pairs naturally with fruit tarts and soft cheeses. Kriek is well suited to roast duck, chocolate desserts, and cherry-based dishes, while Apple provides a crisp counterpoint to creamy cheeses, rich sauces, and lightly spicy foods.
