Her winemaking journey began in high school during a trip to French wine regions, later earning her a degree in Plant Sciences from UC Santa Cruz. With experience in Santa Barbara County, Central Otago, and with Ryan Roark, Gretchen is known for her meticulous approach and commitment to organic practices. Her wines focus on minimal interference, allowing the fruit to shine with purity and precision.
