Creamy rice texture, delicate nuttiness, and layered savory complexity define Rihaku Dreamy Clouds Nigori Tokubetsu Junmai Sake, a refined cloudy sake that bridges the gap between richer nigori styles and more polished premium sake expressions. Brewed to a rare 59% rice polishing ratio for a nigori, the sake delivers remarkable clarity beneath its soft cloudiness, balancing subtle sweetness with lifted acidity and a clean, dry finish. Produced by Rihaku Brewery in Shimane, Dreamy Clouds reflects a philosophy of precision, elegance, and expressive rice-driven character.

The nose opens with aromas of steamed rice, sweet cream, light toffee, plum skin, and soft earthiness. On the palate, the texture is supple and gently creamy with layered flavors of toasted nuts, ripe orchard fruit, banana, and subtle caramelized rice sweetness balanced by refreshing acidity. Unlike heavier nigori styles, Dreamy Clouds remains bright and lean with an elegant structure that leaves the palate clean and dry despite its rich texture. The finish lingers with savory rice notes, faint fruit, and soft nutty undertones.
