Brewer's Background:

Something Brewery grew from homebrewing sessions between friends and former bandmates David Allegrezza and Brian Castillo, with engineer and welder Dustin Christopher joining to help build the business and brewing equipment. Incorporated in 2014 and based in Brighton, Colorado, the brewery established its creative direction early through tea-infused beers. Brian develops recipes, David contributes design and marketing, and Dustin brings fabrication skills to a business shaped by their shared interest in experimentation.
