Weingut Keller traces its family winegrowing history in Rheinhessen to 1789 and is based in Flörsheim-Dalsheim, where the family has built an extensive collection of limestone-rich vineyard holdings. Julia and Klaus-Peter Keller own the estate, with Klaus-Peter and their son Felix leading cellar work. Von der Fels has been part of the Keller range since the 2000 vintage, initially created from younger vines in the Dalsheimer Hubacker. As the family expanded its holdings, the cuvée evolved to incorporate selected fruit from other top sites, with its precise vineyard composition changing according to the vintage.
