Marble Distilling Co. Vodka, Colorado

Marble Vodka: A Toast to Colorado's Spirit

Introducing Marble Vodka, a valid Colorado original. Crafted with passion and precision by co-founders Connie Baker and Carey Shanks, this exquisite spirit embodies local craftsmanship and sustainability. Our vodka starts with an all-natural blend of Colorado grains, including wheat and malted barley, distilled in a traditional copper pot to ensure unparalleled purity and clarity.

But what truly sets Marble Vodka apart is its unique filtration process through crushed Yule marble. This innovative method honors our namesake, Marble, CO, and imparts a soft, creamy nose followed by a smooth, luxurious finish, creating a vodka experience like no other.

Craftsmanship and Commitment

At 80-proof and proudly GF and NON-GMO, Marble Vodka is a testament to our dedication to quality and sustainability. Our journey towards creating a sustainable business has been filled with hard work and passion, a journey that reflects in every sip of our vodka.

Our distillery stands in the majestic mountain town of Carbondale, Colorado, a place of unparalleled beauty and inspiration. Our name, home, and even our distillery and inn feature authentic, natural, and original white marble from the Yule Creek Quarry—the same marble gracing the Lincoln Memorial. This connection to place and history is woven into the very fabric of our spirit.

Sustainability at Our Core

Marble Vodka is more than just a spirit; it's a statement of our commitment to sustainability within the Spirits Industry. From employing all copper pot stills and 100% Colorado grains to our local sourcing and partnerships with regional and national environmental nonprofits, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do.

We are proud to operate as a family and friends-owned business, where it's always all hands on deck. Our dedication to sharing our open-source business model, data, and best practices publicly and transparently is a testament to our belief in the power of community and collective action.
