Grapes are grown in the Piave Valley and the UNESCO World Heritage hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, where warm days and cool nights, combined with mineral-rich clay soils and proximity to both sea and mountains, create optimal conditions for expressive wines. “Redentore” means redemption, honoring Venice’s liberation from the plague of 1575–1577, and celebrates one of the city's most cherished traditions: the Festa del Redentore.
