Crafted with care by Shibata Brewery in Okazaki City, this artisanal liqueur blends organic, locally grown yuzu with a junmai sake base, creating a spirit that is both vibrant and delicately balanced. Sensory Description:

Distiller's Background:
Founded in 1830, Shibata Brewery is one of Japan’s most respected producers, nestled in the village of Kanzui, known for its pristine water and dramatic climate. Now led by the Shibata family’s eighth generation, the brewery continues to honor centuries-old traditions while innovating with modern styles. At the helm of production is Toji Shizuka Ito, one of Japan’s few female master brewers, whose skill and precision shape each release. The use of Kanzui’s exceptionally soft water and locally grown botanicals underscores the brewery’s dedication to terroir and craftsmanship.
