Reimagining a modern classic through a traditional lens, Parish Brewing Co.'s ‘West Coast Ghost’ is a bold West Coast–style Double IPA that pays tribute to the roots of hop-forward American beer. Inspired by the iconic Ghost in the Machine, this crystal-clear reinterpretation strips away haze in favor of clarity, bitterness, and balance, while keeping the unmistakable hop intensity fans love.

Sensory Description:

Bright tropical citrus leads the charge, driven by expressive Citra hops that deliver notes of mango, orange, and ripe citrus. A longer boil introduces classic West Coast structure, bringing crisp grapefruit pith, pine, and a touch of resinous bitterness. Beneath the hops lies a subtle malty backbone that adds balance without sweetness, finishing dry, clean, and remarkably drinkable for its size.
