The nose opens with fresh chilli aromas layered over subtle saline notes, delicate grain sweetness, and a clean mountain freshness. The palate is exceptionally smooth, revealing sweet cereal and soft grain flavours before vibrant notes of roasted Hatch chilli, fresh Jalapeño, Serrano spice, and gentle Habanero warmth gradually build across the tongue. The finish is long, silky, and warming, leaving lingering pepper spice balanced by a pleasant natural sweetness rather than aggressive heat.
