The distillery’s flagship release, Five Judges Gin, is a juniper-forward, London-style gin brightened with citrus sourced from the Rio Grande Valley. Its name honors the five distinguished judges who once lived on the family property, tying history directly into every bottle. Despite being the first release from the fledgling distillery, Five Judges Gin quickly achieved international recognition, winning a Silver Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and establishing Dietz Distillery as a new name to watch in American craft spirits.
