Producer’s Background

Founder and tequilero David Ravandi launched 123 Organic Tequila in 2010 after planting Blue Weber agave on certified-organic estate land in the Tequila region and waiting for the plants to mature. The brand takes a terroir-focused approach, emphasizing its estate-grown agave and the expressive character of the finished spirit. Uno is the blanco “mother spirit” in the range, with Dos Reposado and Tres Añejo offering rested and aged expressions of the same organic tequila project.

The bottle reflects the same attention to materials: it is individually hand-blown from recycled glass, with a recycled-paper label printed in soy ink. Its detailed illustration draws on Mexican folklore and heritage, and each bottle is hand-numbered.
