Sensory Description:

The nose opens with fresh crushed strawberry, bright and slightly jammy, followed by an aromatic thread of savory sage that adds dimension and structure. On the palate, natural berry sweetness is balanced by herbal lift, creating a mixer that is both vibrant and restrained. When prepared in the recommended 1:1:1 ratio of mixer, spirit, and soda, the profile becomes refreshing and effervescent, allowing the sage to elongate the finish while the strawberry remains juicy and expressive. A featured serve is the Strawberry Sage Spritz, combining equal parts Strawberry Sage Mixer, vodka or gin, and sparkling water over ice, then garnished with a fresh sage leaf and sliced strawberry. As a mocktail at a 1:2 ratio of mixer to soda, it transforms into a crisp, alcohol free spritz with lively berry aromatics and a clean herbal finish, demonstrating remarkable flexibility for diverse beverage programs.
