Founded in 2016 by three friends from Ocean Beach, San Diego, Boochcraft has become a leader in the American hard kombucha movement. The brewery remains dedicated to crafting beverages from fresh, organic ingredients, juicing whole fruit in-house and sourcing from local family farms whenever possible.
