The Hazelburn range takes its name from one of Campbeltown’s lost distilleries and was first produced in 1997 at Springbank Distillery. Established in 1828 on the site of Archibald Mitchell’s illicit still, Springbank remains one of the most traditional distilleries in operation. Now guided by trusts established to preserve family stewardship, the fifth generation of the Mitchell family continues to uphold a philosophy of complete hands-on production.
