Sensory Description:

The aroma opens with honey and vanilla, layered with dried berries, maple syrup, and toasted walnuts. On the palate, it’s full-bodied and warm, unfolding with caramel, honey, and creamy vanilla, while rye spice and cracked peppercorn add lift and complexity. The long, expressive finish leaves lingering notes of toffee, light brown sugar, cinnamon, and black pepper, all tied together by a gentle aspen-smoked sweetness that is distinctly Locke + Co.
