Producer’s Background:

Founded in 2018, Penelope Bourbon grew from a friendship between Mike Paladini and Danny Polise and was named for Paladini’s daughter. MGP Ingredients acquired the brand through its Luxco subsidiary in 2023. Penelope whiskey is distilled at Ross & Squibb Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, then blended for the brand’s lineup. The Four Grain expression brings together three bourbon mash bills, with barrels selected and blended into a single batch.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve near room temperature, around 60–65°F, in a Glencairn or tulip-shaped whiskey glass. Try it neat, with a few drops of water, or over a large cube.
