Rodney “Rod” Cegelski, a California surfer, and Hamish “Hammer” Marshall, an Australian Jackaroo, joined forces over a decade ago to create a whiskey that blends the adventurous spirit of California with the rugged authenticity of Australia. At their distillery in San Luis Obispo, they craft small-batch whiskeys from high-quality grains, mill and mash in-house, ferment slowly, and distill with care before maturing in new American white oak barrels. Every batch is proofed with purified Pacific Ocean water, giving their spirits a distinct coastal character.
