Sensory Description:

Pale copper-orange in color with a light natural haze, the wine opens with aromas of cantaloupe, ripe strawberry, white peach, and fresh guava. The finish remains dry, clean, and refreshing, delivering subtle texture without sacrificing freshness or drinkability.

Winemaker’s Background:

Founded in 2019, Wavy Wines is a Los Angeles-based négociant project created by Jude Zasadzki and Eliot Kessel to make organically and biodynamically farmed California wines more accessible to a broader audience. Working with carefully selected vineyard partners across Northern California, the project embraces native fermentation, minimal intervention, and thoughtful cellar practices to produce wines that emphasize freshness, transparency, and varietal character while remaining approachable and food-friendly.
