Cerebral Brewing was founded in 2015 by Sean Buchan and Dan McGuire in Denver’s Congress Park neighborhood. Buchan serves as Co-Founder and CEO, McGuire as Co-Founder and CFO, and Sam Bennett leads the brewing team as Head Brewer. The brewery applies precise methodology and in-house quality control across hop-driven ales, foeder-fermented lagers, and barrel-aged beers. Scam Likely demonstrates its experimental approach through a recurring format that isolates a different hop variety in each batch, allowing the character of individual cultivars to take center stage.
