Sensory Description:

The aroma brings together dandelion flower, lemon peel, and a light yuzu-like citrus note, followed by black pepper and fresh cracker. The palate is lean and gently grain-driven, with floral hops and subtle spice framed by lively carbonation. Saaz contributes classic herbal restraint, while Kazbek adds brighter citrus definition. The finish is crisp, dry, and refreshing, carrying lemon soda, pale malt, and peppery hop character.

Brewer's Background:

Cerebral Brewing was founded in 2015 by Sean Buchan and Dan McGuire in Denver’s Congress Park neighborhood. Buchan serves as Co-Founder and CEO, McGuire as Co-Founder and CFO, and Sam Bennett leads the brewing team as Head Brewer. The brewery combines scientific methodology, in-house quality control, and artistic recipe development across hop-driven ales, barrel-aged beers, and an expanding lager program. Světluška 10° reflects this balance of technical precision and traditional style inspiration in a light, highly drinkable format.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve chilled at 4 to 6 degrees Celsius in a Czech-style mug, pilsner glass, or slender lager glass to emphasize its floral hops, crisp carbonation, and delicate citrus character. Pair with roast chicken, grilled sausages, fried cheese, potato pancakes, schnitzel, mild soft cheeses, or salty crackers. Its moderate alcohol and dry finish also make it well-suited to lighter lunches and relaxed sessions.
