Bessett leads brewing on a 10-barrel system, with the brewery placing particular emphasis on precisely made lagers, hop-driven beer, and oak-aged fermentation. TightKnit Brewing produces small-batch lagers and ales in Evans, focusing on detailed recipe development, community relationships, and consistent quality.
