Winemaker's Background:

Rue Naujac is a personal négociant project created by Canadian wine importer Nicholas Pearce, celebrating the influence of his years studying and working in Bordeaux. Named after the street where he lived, while "33" references Bordeaux's departmental number, the wines unite premium New World vineyard sites with the balance, elegance, and restraint associated with classic French winemaking. Produced through long-standing partnerships with respected growers and winemakers, the range expresses Nicholas Pearce's philosophy of crafting authentic, terroir-driven wines that deliver exceptional quality and value.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve at 16 to 18°C after 30 to 60 minutes of decanting. Pair beautifully with grilled ribeye, barbecued beef, braised short ribs, rich stews, roast lamb, venison, mature Cheddar or Gouda, and mushroom-based dishes. Its generous fruit and refined tannin structure also complement charcoal-grilled vegetables and hearty winter cuisine.
