The hop selection points toward an expressive combination of citrus, berries, and tropical fruit. ADHA 218 is associated with lime, strawberry, banana and floral, fruit-gum aromatics, while ADHA 1631 contributes the potential for fruit punch, pineapple, mango and papaya. Citra adds a complementary citrus and stone-fruit direction. Together, these varieties suggest a layered, fruit-forward aromatic profile within the beer’s hazy double IPA style.

Brewer's Background:

Founded in Greeley, Colorado, in 2015 by Neil Fisher and Colin Jones, WeldWerks grew from garage homebrewing into a brewery known for Juicy Bits, experimental releases, and continual refinement of its recipes and processes. Its “Dialed-In Beer” philosophy emphasizes ingredient selection, research and quality control, supported by a brewing team led by Skip Schwartz.

Collaboration partner Roy Farms participates in the Pacific Northwest hop-breeding venture Latitude 46, formerly ADHA, connecting agricultural development with the flavors brewers can explore in the glass.

Serving Suggestions:
