Cerebral Brewing was founded in 2015 by Sean Buchan and Dan McGuire in Denver’s Congress Park neighborhood along Colfax Avenue. From the beginning, the brewery has focused on quality, innovation, and evolution, applying a scientific approach to brewing through precise methodology and an in-house QA/QC lab.
