Fresh vine peach, pink grapefruit, and delicate wildflowers introduce the 2025 Clos Cibonne Côtes de Provence Tentations Rosé with remarkable elegance and Provençal charm. Crafted around the historic Tibouren grape alongside Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah, this organically farmed rosé captures the freshness, finesse, and sunlit character of the Mediterranean coast. Produced without the extended barrel aging reserved for the estate's Tradition wines, Tentations celebrates vibrant fruit and effortless drinkability while remaining unmistakably Clos Cibonne.

Winemaker’s Background:

Founded during the 18th century between Toulon and Hyères, Clos Cibonne is one of Provence's most historic wine estates and a leading champion of the rare Tibouren grape. After acquiring the property, the Roux family revitalized both the estate and the nearly extinct variety, establishing Clos Cibonne as one of the world's foremost producers of Tibouren-based wines. Today, Brigitte and Claude Deforges, together with winemaker Olivier Deforges, continue this legacy through certified organic farming, meticulous vineyard stewardship, and thoughtful winemaking that highlights the distinctive character of Provence's coastal terroir.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve well chilled at 10°C in a medium-sized white wine or rosé glass. Pair with scallop carpaccio, Mediterranean seafood, grilled prawns, Provençal vegetable dishes, tomato tart, fresh salads, roast chicken, or soft goat cheese.
