Sensory Description:

Fresh watermelon and tropical guava shape the wine’s fruit profile, giving the Rosé a bright and inviting character. Crisp minerality provides definition and freshness, balancing the ripe fruit and maintaining a dry, refreshing impression through the palate. The finish remains clean and lively, with lingering melon, tropical fruit, and mineral notes.

Winemaker's Background:

Just Enough Wines was founded in 2020 by Jessica Cox (Hershfield) and Kaitlyn Lo around the idea of creating a more conscious drinking experience centered on quality, portioning, and convenience. The founders developed the brand after finding that a traditional bottle could be more wine than they wanted for many everyday occasions, leading to a canned format intended to reduce excess without compromising their focus on the wine itself. Director of Winemaking Carolyn Morrice leads the current winemaking program, while the company emphasizes sustainably grown fruit from California’s Central Coast. Just Enough describes its philosophy through the “golden line,” the balance between not enough and too much, combining thoughtful wine production with an uncomplicated, consciously portioned format.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve well chilled at 8 to 10 degrees Celsius in a medium-sized white wine or Rosé glass to emphasize the fresh fruit and mineral character. Its dry, refreshing profile is well suited to fish tacos, spinach artichoke dip, green curry, truffle fries, or simple spaghetti with cherry tomatoes.
