The nose opens with sweet cooked agave layered alongside light oak, vanilla, toasted almonds, and clove. Distiller’s Background:

Since 1857, the Gallardo family has overseen production at Hacienda Los Camichines in Jalisco. Lázaro Gallardo, acknowledged as the first maestro tequilero, developed the Selección Suave method to ensure consistent smoothness by blending older and richer batches.
