Fresh strawberry and pink florals lead the nose, with chopped mint and a delicate note of dried rose petal. The palate layers strawberries and cream with rhubarb and ripe raspberry, while fine bubbles and lees-derived texture keep the fruit lifted. It finishes bright and refreshing, with a subtle savory yeast note.

Producer’s Background:

Founded by winemaker Ben Parsons, The Ordinary Fellow is based in Palisade, where its winery occupies the original United Fruit Growers packing shed. Vineyard manager Juan Adan brings decades of experience overseeing vineyards and orchards across the Grand Valley.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve well chilled in a sparkling wine glass or tulip to preserve its aromatic lift and mousse. Pair with creamy cheeses, fresh fruit, or lightly sweet desserts. The producer’s shop listing recommends drinking through 2030.
