Mas Candí was founded in 2006 by Ramon Jané and his wife Mercè Cuscó in Les Gunyoles d’Avinyonet, near the Garraf Massif. Ramon, a multigenerational farmer from Guardiola de Font-Rubí, draws on ancestral vineyard traditions while embracing modern enological insight. Along with his longtime friend and fellow winemaker Toni Carbó, they are committed to cultivating only indigenous varieties like Xarel·lo, Parellada, Sumoll, and Mandó across their 20 hectares.
