Brewer's Background:

Revolution Brewing grew from founder Josh Deth's experience in Chicago's brewing community, including early work at Golden Prairie Brewing and later positions as a cellarman and brewpub brewer at Goose Island. After several attempts to establish his own brewery, Deth opened the Revolution brewpub in 2010, followed by its production brewery in 2012. Brewmaster Jim Cibak has played a central role in Revolution's brewing program and the development of its hop-focused Hero beers. Hazy-Hero emerged from a series of experiments with hazy IPA at both brewpub and production scale, refining hop selection, bitterness, haze, texture, and fruit expression before joining the brewery's year-round lineup in 2019.
