Named for the river’s 110-mile journey from Mendocino County through Sonoma’s coastal redwoods to the Pacific, Russian River Brewing Company '110' West Coast Pils Beer channels the brewery’s hop expertise into a crisp lager. Tangier, Nectaron and NZH-106 bring citrus and stone-fruit character, while a dry finish keeps its aromatic intensity in balance. A portion of net proceeds supports Russian Riverkeeper’s work protecting the river.

Sensory Description:

Bright citrus and stone-fruit aromas introduce a distinctly hop-forward profile. Those fruit notes carry onto the palate, balanced by clean lager character and measured bitterness. The texture remains light and refreshing, with a dry finish that gives the hops definition without making the beer feel heavy.

Brewer's Background:

Russian River Brewing Company began at Korbel Champagne Cellars in 1997, with Vinnie Cilurzo serving as brewmaster and initially its sole employee. Vinnie and Natalie acquired the brand and recipes in 2003, opening their Santa Rosa brewpub the following year. After buying out their partners and investors, they expanded with a Windsor brewery in 2018. Vinnie leads brewing while Natalie serves as president, guiding an independently owned business known for hop-forward beers, Belgian-inspired ales, and barrel-aged sour beer.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve at approximately 5–8°C in a clean pilsner glass or stemmed beer glass to highlight its hop aromatics and crisp finish. Pair with fish tacos, grilled prawns, fried chicken, or a lightly dressed citrus salad. Its refreshing bitterness also complements salty snacks and fresh goat cheese. Keep refrigerated and enjoy fresh to preserve its aromatic hop character.
