Sensory Description:

Bright citrus and grapefruit lead the aroma, joined by pine needles, dried herbs and a lightly resinous edge. The palate is crisp and hop-forward, with orange zest, lemon peel and evergreen tones carried by a clean base of pale grain, subtle bread crust and gentle wheat texture. A pronounced but controlled bitterness shapes the dry, lingering finish.

Telluride Brewing Company was formed in 2011 after longtime friends Chris “Fish” Fish and Tommy Thacher turned years of conversations about beer and mountain life into an independent brewery. Joined by Brian Gavin and John Lehman, they built the company around Rocky Mountain snowmelt, carefully selected malt, and expressive hops. The brewery poured its first beer in 2012 and has since expanded while maintaining a strong connection to Telluride's outdoor culture and local community.
