Sensory Description:

Bright and expressive, this single-hop IPA highlights the full spectrum of Mosaic’s character. The palate is clean and focused, delivering waves of fresh berry and orchard fruit flavors supported by a lean malt backbone. True to the West Coast tradition, it finishes crisp and dry with restrained bitterness that enhances drinkability while allowing the hop character to remain center stage.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve cold at 40–45°F (4–7°C) in a tulip or IPA glass to maximize aromatic intensity.
