Brewer's Background:

Founded in 1993 in Boulder, Colorado, Avery Brewing Company was born when Adam Avery chose brewing over law school, turning his passion into one of the most respected names in American craft beer. With the support of his father, Larry, he built a brewery that has grown from small-batch experiments into a nationally recognized brand. Avery remains dedicated to brewing bold, creative beers while honoring traditions, supported by a vibrant taproom and restaurant that celebrates both craft and community.

Serving Suggestions:

Best served chilled at 4–6°C, White Rascal pairs beautifully with light and savory dishes. Enjoy it with fish and fries, where the beer’s citrus and spice complement golden battered cod, or try it with roasted chicken, fresh salads, or spiced shrimp tacos. Its crisp zest and herbal lift also make it a refreshing standalone pint on a warm afternoon.
