Crafted as a tribute to one of Colorado’s most iconic thoroughfares, the Cerebral Brewing 'Neon Lite' Colfax Lager Beer, Colorado, USA is a crisp, easy-drinking American corn lager brewed with local pride. Whether at a neighborhood dive bar or a city park hangout, this beer captures the spirit of Colfax Avenue with every refreshing sip.

Product Details:

  • Style: Lite Lager
  • ABV: 4.5%
  • Hops: Saaz, Tettnang
  • Malts: Corn, Pilsner
  • Format: Draft & Cans

Sensory Description:

‘Neon Lite’ pours a pale golden hue with a brilliant clarity and soft, fluffy head. The pilsner malt base is light and crisp, and the addition of corn helps dry out the finish, creating a snappy, highly refreshing profile. Aromas of lightly floral hops from Saaz and Tettnang lead into flavors of fresh grain, subtle lemon zest, and a touch of sweet corn. The result is clean, balanced, and endlessly drinkable.

Cerebral Brewing

But Cerebral Brewing is more than its beer. Deeply rooted in the community, the brewery has always seen craft beer as a platform for positive change. Each year, they dedicate a portion of profits to local nonprofits, focusing on causes like women’s rights, LGBTQ+ equality, anti-gun violence, and healthcare access. Their monthly Queer Beers events, created by queer staff for the queer community, donate proceeds from every pint to rotating nonprofit partners.
