Electro Dart pours a hazy straw gold with an airy white head, offering vibrant aromas of lemongrass, dill, lemon zest, and floral spice from the Sorachi Ace hops. A crisp finish and subtle bitterness keep the beer agile and supremely refreshing.

Brewer's Background:

Founded in 2013 by father-son duo Dan and Jack Diebolt, Diebolt Brewing Co. is rooted in generations of fermentation tradition, reaching from Champagne makers in France to homebrewing in Oklahoma and Colorado. Their North Denver facility embraces old-world craftsmanship and modern creativity, brewing and packaging every beer onsite with an eye toward quality and heritage. While early efforts explored French and Belgian styles, Diebolt’s evolving lineup reflects the ever-changing craft beer landscape without losing its sense of origin.

Serving Suggestions:

Best served at 46–52°F in a tulip glass. Electro Dart is an ideal pairing for goat cheese, grilled chicken, Niçoise salad, or steamed mussels. Its effervescence and herbal nuance also play beautifully with sushi or pickled vegetables.

Electro Dart captures the essence of a true saison: lively, layered, and endlessly drinkable. With its playful character and thoughtful construction, this limited-run release from Diebolt Brewing Co. deserves a spot in your fridge and your next food pairing adventure.
