Chavy-Chouet is a 15-hectare estate rooted in the Côte de Beaune, stewarded by eighth-generation winemaker Romaric Chavy. Having trained under his father, Hubert Chavy, and gained winemaking experience abroad, Romaric now brings a sharp focus and modern energy to this historic domaine. With deep family ties in both Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault, the estate embraces minimal intervention, combining gravity-fed vinification, native yeast fermentations, and a refusal to fine or overly filter. The result: wines of clarity, balance, and unmistakable Burgundy character.
