Sensory Description:

Paws pours a thick orange-yellow haze topped with a soft and inviting foam. Aromatics leap from the glass, with bright notes of white peach, mango flesh, tart passion fruit, and citrus zest leading the charge. The palate follows through with a medium body and velvety texture, finishing with a pop of pine, a burst of tropical vibrancy, and just a hint of pithy bitterness for balance. It’s juicy, zesty, and layered with hop character, gruesomely cute, as they like to say.

Brewer's Background:

KCBC, short for Kings County Brewers Collective, revived Bushwick’s long-dormant brewing heritage when it opened in 2016 as the first operating brewery in the neighborhood in over 40 years. Founded by a group of passionate brewers, KCBC brews and cans 100% of its beer onsite in Bushwick, blending creativity with tradition in every batch. Their lineup includes everything from crispy lagers to intensely hopped IPAs, served at their vibrant taproom or distributed across the country and beyond.

Serving Suggestions:

Best served chilled at 45–50°F in a tulip or IPA glass to enhance its tropical aromas and creamy mouthfeel. Ideal pairings include spicy Thai noodles, tangy barbecue wings, or rich fish tacos with mango salsa. Enjoy it fresh to experience the full burst of dry-hop intensity.

KCBC 'Paws' DDH IPA Beer is a vivid expression of Bushwick’s reborn beer culture, hazy, hoppy, and packed with personality. Whether you're cuddled up with a can or raising one in the taproom, this IPA is a playful yet seriously good brew that begs to be sipped again and again.
