Winemaker's Background:

Founded in 1932, Les Costières de Pomerols is a historic cooperative rooted between the garrigue of Pézenas and the sea-facing slopes near Sète. It's 2,100 hectares of vineyards, of which 450 are dedicated to Picpoul de Pinet, that form one of the appellation’s most important and quality-driven holdings. Through meticulous vineyard stewardship and modern cellar practices, the cooperative has become the leading ambassador of Picpoul, championing its reputation for purity, freshness, and coastal expression.

Serving Suggestions:

Few wines pair with seafood as effortlessly as this one; grilled razor clams, oysters, mussels, and shrimp are exceptional partners. Citrus-dressed salads, light fish stews, goat cheese, and Mediterranean herb dishes also shine alongside its crisp acidity and mineral freshness. Serve well-chilled around 10–12°C to reveal its full aromatic brightness and energetic finish.

The 2023 BeauVignac Picpoul de Pinet ‘HB Chevalier’ is a radiant expression of coastal Languedoc, offering a zesty, fruit-driven profile backed by minerality and finesse. Its balance, purity, and irresistible drinkability make it a staple for seafood lovers and a standout value from one of France’s most beloved white-wine appellations.
