Ripe peach, juicy mango, and bright citrus open with an easy tropical lift over a light, refreshing malt frame. Maxline Brewing Peach Mango Pale Ale Beer, Colorado brings expressive fruit character into a pale ale structure, balancing peach and mango with gentle hop bitterness rather than pushing toward the weight of an IPA. It reflects Maxline Brewing’s focus on approachable, creative beers designed around flavor, community, and an easygoing neighborhood brewery culture.

Sensory Description:

Peach and mango lead with ripe, juicy fruit character, followed by citrus and a subtle lime-peel edge that brings freshness to the aromatics. The palate is light and fruit-forward, with tropical sweetness balanced by restrained bitterness and a clean pale ale structure. Mango becomes particularly noticeable through the finish, while citrus and gentle hop character keep the beer lively rather than heavy. The overall impression is bright, refreshing, and approachable, with fruit remaining the central focus.

Brewer's Background:

Maxline Brewing grew from owner Kevin Gearhardt’s long history of homebrewing, which began in the late 1980s and eventually developed into plans for a commercial brewery with Cathy Morgan. The brewery opened in Fort Collins with a philosophy summarized as Craft, Community, and Culture, emphasizing both thoughtful beer production and active participation in the surrounding community. Today Kevin Gearhardt and Cathy Morgan own the brewery, with Head Brewer Kyle Smoot and Assistant Brewer Parker Sturm leading its brewing program. Peach Mango Pale Ale represents the fruit-driven side of Maxline’s range, pairing familiar pale ale structure with expressive tropical fruit in an accessible, refreshing format.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve at approximately 6 to 8 degrees Celsius in a nonic pint, pale ale glass, or tulip to emphasize its peach, mango, and citrus aromatics. Pair with fish tacos, grilled chicken, spicy barbecue, Thai or Indian dishes, fresh chèvre, sharp cheddar, or salads with citrus and fruit. Its tropical character also makes it a refreshing match for mildly spicy foods.
